Nolvadex effects on testicles

Many say that Nolvadex, by raising the levels of LH, FSH and testosterone can increase testicular size and reverse testicular atrophy after a cycle of steroids.
I found these two studies on Nolvadex.
It seems to have negative effects on the testicles and instead of increasing their size it seems to decrease them.
What do you think?

You might get some thoughtful opinions but there's no one that I can think of on this forum that uses Nolva, for anything.
