No penis sensitivity- Need help!

i had a stint late last year/earlier this year where I had no sensitivity and the sex took forever. the 2 options i could think of that caused it were either I was taking too much anastrozole or was taking too much liquid tadalafil from a research chemical company. I cut my anastrozole dose in half from .25 2x per week to .125 2x per week and use the cialis a lot less often and dont have the issue anymore.

I have just cut my ai dose and my e2 was low and I have a folloup this Friday so I'm going to get more labs.

Unless I miss read something....he said first time having sex with a "10", freaked out because he could not orgasm.

My response had nothing to do with the medical issue of why, why not, how come and it dosnt
work...my response was what a man needs to do when he finds himself in a sticky situation with a girl for the first time and has a bit of a problem with the plumbing.

This is a first time sex act with a girl who may not even become a girl friend and he is sharing things and talking about things that is none of her business....and secondly, if you are past the age of 40, I would think you would know these things already.
