Preliminary tests found the beads effective on rats induced with type 2 diabetes; however, the effects are potentially sweeping, researchers claim.

This sounds interesting but I wonder if they are any better than injecting TRIMIX

Nelson, Since I have been on TRT no problem with my libido or erections, (btw they are frecuents and some with no concious reason) but I can't control ejaculations. Someone on the forum told me to try a ring to control it. I'm about to follow his advice. Your opinion is the triger for.

There have always been intraurethral drugs out there way better than Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra used to treat erectile dysfunction such as MUSE or Trimix-gel. Nelson is indeed correct that nothing beats Trimix Injection. It has been proven through several studies that nothing is as efficacious as an intracavernosal injection of Trimix (Papaverine/Phentolamine/Prostaglandin E1). Make sure to get 2% lidocaine mixed with it as you won't feel any injection whatsoever.

Lidocaine with the Trimix? Great idea to reduce premature ejaculation, but I would still be too afraid of numbing everything too much. What has been your experience Gene? I have yet to try Tri-Mix but am comforted to know it is available when I do need it.

I have never needed lidocaine. I think that would take away sensation.

If you have pain, try to use BIMIX instead of lidocaine with TRIMIX. BIMIX works in many guys and you will avoid the numbing effects of lidocaine. BIMIX has 1 mg phentolamine plus 30 mg papaverine (no prostaglandin, which has been associated with pain in some patients)

I agree. Shocking, unrecognizable improvements.

The Lidocaine is only 2% and just takes any "sting" out of the injection site and any post injection pain at the site...it does not numb the penis whatsoever.

I love the stuff and there's nothing else like it.

Most of us are used to injecting ourselves so the injection is no big deal and if you use an injectable pen it even makes it easier!

Great feedback Gene! I have not yet tried Tri-Mix simply because I get priapism just smelling Sildenafil. I will also admit that the injection indeed scared me : )

The lidocaine not numbing the penis makes sense as Tri-Mix is injected near the base and probably remains localized so that it does not affect the more sensitive nerves higher up.

There should be no nerve endings where the recommended injection site is. As Gene said, there's a bit of a sting, but no pain or real discomfort.
