If I'm going to use HCG to keep my testicles happy and healthy while on TRT, generally speaking what is the lowest dose I would need, and how often would I do it?

You could start at 100iu every three and a half days and move up from there. I use 500iu every three and a half days to keep my boys full and healthy.

I use 250iu twice weekly. Balls are full and happy.

I like 800iu's per week divid it up anyway you like it.
I felt it worked best @ 400 twice a week.

I tried 400IU 2x week, 500IU 2x a week and 300IU 3x a week. In terms of testicular size 500IU worked the best

Thanks everyone. Since testicular size is not an accurate measurement of testicular health and function, has anyone done a semen analysis while on HCG to prove their dosage is working as intended?

I have not the sperm analysis but since I've been on trt even with the HCG. My sperm volume has definitely decrease. Most men when on trt sperm volume decreases.

I have done several sperm analysis. HCG wasn’t enough to make me fertile again while in TRT. Adding FSH made me fertile again. FSH will stimulate Sertoli cels. HCG will stimulate leydig cells. You need both to keep your testicles 100% functional
