Hello I'm new to the TRT world. I started testosterone cyp injections about 5 weeks ago. My doctor put me 60 mg 2x a week. About a week ago I started with severe anxiety, depression and low libido. I'm really scared and I don't want to stop the treatment.
I'm 33 years old, my test was 217 (295-1040).
Last week I went for a BW and these are the results:
E2: 44pg/ml (<= 63)
PSA: 0.5ng/ml (<=4.0)
Total Testosterone: 905ng/ml (292-1052)
Free Test: 28.9ng/ml (4.8-25.0)
SHBG: 15.8nmol/l (16-94)
TSH Reflex to Free T4: 1.9uiu/ml (0.5-4.7)
Vitamin B12: 699 PG/ML (250-1100)
Vitamin D, 25oh: 20ng/ml (30-100)

My doctor sent me 0.5mg of arimidex twice a week, but still with depression and anxiety.
I dont know what to do, probably stop?

Your thyroid lab doesn't tell us the actual status of your thyroid. Lately, I've seen a lot of people posting fairly normal TSH labs, but seeing deficiencies of Free T4 & T3, and/or pooling issues; meaning T3 isn't adequately getting to the body. See if you can't get the Free T4 & Free T3, plus Reverse T3 and TPO & TgAb antibodies. For thyroid productivity and the anxiety concerns you reported, it would also be good to get a cortisol lab (4x Saliva) and DHEA.

Your Vitamin D is low, and that will play a big role with helping your HRT program to achieve an optimal status. IMO, 60-to-70 is a good range to aim for, but review that more with your physician. If you have your entire lab work, CBC's, Metabolic, Lipids, etc..., it would be good to see. Curious with iron levels, RBC's, HCT, and a few others ... Is your E2 a sensitive/ ultra-sensitive lab? I can't really can't elaborate on what you posted. It would really be good to have that part zero'd in before getting too far into an AI regiment.

Also, as you can see, you will have a little more free T due to the lower SHBG (3.19%). This isn't necessarily a bad thing. You can easily keep your serum levels a little lower and still have more actual bio-available testosterone than most guys, who I generally see between 2% and 3% on free testosterone. Find what zone feels best for you, and find the range that gives you the least amount of sides. Any mention of HCG, or other hormones upstream like Pregnenolone or DHEA? Any confirmed diagnosis going into your program (primary or secondary)? To address your question of what to do ... What you need to do is a lot more comprehensive blood work. Testosterone is only one variable to a solid wellness program. I do think your testosterone could probably come back down a bit until you get everything else figured out (maybe a few hundred points), but that's just my personal thoughts.
