I have been on TRT for about five years. Because I am fatigue mainly.
Symptoms don’t get better at higher doses but worse and the 2 doctors just say “
Add more”
Last lab work the tested free and It was high the day before my next twice weekly injection of 200 mg total.
Total T waz 801 but free was 36 and should be below 16.
I also have had four major blockages fixed with stents last year so blood thickness is a big concern.
Honestly, at this point, I think I’m going to cut back XXXXX 200 mg a week to 120 And see if I feel better or worse.
