If you can afford it, try Glutathione along with your NAD+, it's a great combination. Do a search on it. Here are some basic guidelines:

Ya been on glutathione as long as I’ve been on nad+. Got them both at the same time. Defy actually offers injectable glutathione at a decent price through empower. $92 for a 30ml bottle, premixed, 200mg/ml. So the one I have will last me a bit. Then I’ll just reorder through defy. Currently doing 200mg of the glutathione every 3 days

I might checkout some growth hormone peptides. My igf-1 did come back on the low side on my most recent labs. Thanks
