New member and new to TRT needing help

Good day all,
my name is shaun and I am 47 from the UK and have been self administering 0.7ml of cypionate per week since November.
Recently gone to two injections per week monday and friday.
Just had my first follow up blood test done private as my doctor refused to do anything for me.
my original result was 10nmol/l=288ng/dl and that was all i got as the doc said no need to do anything else.
I had been feeling very low for years and years and just put it down to depression etc, and he was quick to handover scripts for anti-depressants.
Anyway had blood test done jan6th this year and my test read 61.3 nmol/l=1154ng/dl.
My question is i dont really understand the reading for oestradiol?
I posted my test result on FB group and someone said it was 29 but it is confusing to me as I feel it is too high.
Any help would be gratefully accepted , like i said I am doing this alone as my doctor just wont help, and as i feel my health is something i should take care of myself decided to go alone, so without this site and reading books I would still be in hell.
I have attached my results below.

Welcome to Excelmale. You wrote that your question was in regard to estradiol (as we in North Americans spell it). Living in the UK you do not have access to the sensitive (LC, MS/MS) test. Be that as it may, all of your hormonal values are high. When did you draw blood for these tests? By that, I mean, when was it taken relative to your injection? The appropriate procedure is to have blood pulled just prior to you next injection. In your case, that would be Monday or Friday morning before your shot.

On on a side note, you don't have to test LH and FSH when you're on TRT - your values will be suppressed.

Thank you for the reply.
I wasnt aware of when it should be drawn, so i did the blood draw on thursday on waking up.
Any advice given on what i should be doing would be great.
Would lowering my T amounts lower my Estradiol?

You expressed your dose of testosterone in ml - that's not a dose, it's a volume; doses are expressed in milligrams. Does your cypionate vial indicate that it is 200mg/ml of testosterone? If so, you are injecting an astonishingly high dose of testosterone. I understand that you are self-directing, but how did you arrive at that dose? Is your testosterone pharmacy-grade, or is it gray market sourced? Did you run a PSA prior to the start of your protocol?

Cyp is 250mg/ml gen-shi are the manufacturer.
I did have PSA checked and it was all ok.
I guess for the dose i took what i had read and started with that dose and see where it had me in my first blood draw.
So i guess from now i will lower to 125mg per week as apposed to 200mg+ per week.

One hundred twenty five milligrams in divided doses is a reasonable, a very reasonable, protocol. Make the change, and wait at least four weeks, preferably six weeks, before you test again. When you do test, have your blood drawn just prior to your next injection.

As as for your estradiol, you know the sensitive test is unavailable to you. Measure your levels with the lab test you have access to, but be aware it is likely the value is inflated.

We hope you'll be an active member here at EM.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
