Hello.

This is my first post here.

30 years old and showing several symptoms of low test.
Low energy, libido, ability to focus and poor sleep.
Symptoms have come slowly over the last 2-3 years.

Did bloodwork a month ago and got the result, doc said on the phone that the results where good.
I think total and free test are low for a 30 y.old male.
Going back to the doc this week to get a referal to an endo.

Any input on my results?

I would not bother getting a referral for an Edno if I were you - They have just about the worst track record of any type of Dr on this forum. Are you in the US?

ex8mast, Welcome to ExcelMale. At age 30 I would not be thinking about TRT. It would be nice if you could find a good doctor who could help you raise your testosterone naturally. Maybe there are other reasons why you have low energy, libido, ability to focus and poor sleep. If you post your area that you live in, maybe someone could help you find a good doctor. There is also Defy Medical, you could call them for a consultation.

Thanks guys.
I live in Norway, doctors here are lagging behind the US in test/TRT knowlege.
Doc just said the bloodwork look fine. (was in range..)

I lift weights regularly and eat generally clean and healthy.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
