How many times a week do you inject? Most of us here do twice a week, every 3.5 days. More even T levels and less conversion to E2. If you are not already doing so, I'd recommend splitting your T dose and going every 3.5 days. Like Monday AM and Thursday PM, for example.

Thyroid Peroxidase 18 (high) <9. Chris is the Thyroid expert not me, but I was wondering do you have Hashimoto's disease or Graves' disease?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
