As was mentioned by PAUL-E, your age is certainly a significant factor in dealing with the problems you're facing. A restart, as he suggested, might make sense. Here's the catch - you need to undertake a restart with the help and support of a doctor who knows what they are doing. It reads as if you're not getting the care you need; I urge you to find a TRT specialist. If you can't find good care in your area, consider one of the two specialty practices that sponsor this site: Defy Medical or Prime Body.

agreed you REALLY need a DR who knows what there doing

Just want to echo what everyone else has said..........please make sure you get qualified help.
The last thing you want at age 25 is to be lead to the wrong road.

given your age and LH/FSH numbers I would explore a clomid restart and look at possible lifestyle changes.

Correct me if I am wrong here, but LH of 6 with a total testosterone of 192 suggests that he maybe more primary than secondary, therefore clomid would have even lower chances of success. Unless you're saying that clomid is worth a shot to see if it does work, just to try it. That I agree with.

Not attacking you, just friendly discussion.

No problem I seen that as well and agree it is a possibility he is primary and if so clomid wouldn't help but considering where his free testosterone was and the lack of SHBG test and considering his age I thought it was something he should have retested and look into to see if it was a possibility.
also his prolactin is high IMHO and warrant looking further into as well
some questions for OP
Do you smoke?
Do you drink?
any ass/prohormone/sarm etc.. use?
are you on or have you taken any prescription medication?

Agree! 6.0 on LH should yield a much higher serum count. I've seen numerous guys over the years having one testicle that is under-performing (or sometimes both), but there's still some activity, which accounts for the sub-par serum results. A Urologist should definitely perform a testicular exam.

Okay, and clomid won't hurt to try. If it doesn't work it doesn't work, although there is the risk of side effects like vision problems, but if you stop as soon as that happens, I don't believe it does any damage.

Yeah prolactin is right at the edge of high, imagine what his LH would be if prolactin was 7.

Yeah he definitely has low-T something just looks off to me and I don't know why, that's why I thought he should be retested to confirm.

Clomid is used to promote GnRH - LH. His LH is optimal IMO, there wouldn't be any need to try to produce more. The problem seems to be more at the testicular /leydig level, where maybe the LH signal isn't effective.

Beyond Testosterone Book by Nelson Vergel
My urologist examined my testicles and said i might have varicocele on my left testes and small cyst on my right one. He has now ordered ultrasound for 8th oct. I knew that things were in my testes since my early teen age. I never really thought about those things as they are not painful and caused any problem.I dont know if that caused the low testosterone. I will talk to my urologist after i receive the ultrasound report.
