I'm 64,and am having better sex than anytime in my life with TRT and strategic use of pde5s. I wouldn't be critical of the needle and Trimix, even though I haven't needed it...yet. If I do need it someday, and I hope I don't, shoot me up. I don't think any of us can judge until we are in that situation. Don't know about others, but for me, if needed I'm all in.

The study means nothing. There was a study on Trimix gel that showed it worked (it did not). I think one of you should try it out (if it worked, I would have already pushed for it to be formulated via compounding).

Ratbag that´s my problem to. Always teens in the house going to bed far later than me. It really sucks lol. I asked my wife to check out her hormons (postmena) and she replied " oh that´s no need for I feel fine". I told her if you don´t use it you´ll lose. It´s like if you are not thirsty you drink water..

Then it comes under "more data needed" perhaps. I'd be willing to try it, but also don't have any ED issues, so might not be a good test subject.
