new DR and recent Blood work number

ok for 6 months been on 200mg/wk divided by 100mg two times a week. so after two other drs finally got one to test E2 and other tests so here is the blood work numbers
DHT 65 16-75 range
cholesterol Serum 213 H 125-200 range
Tryglycerides, serum 157 H <150 range
HDL 36 L >=40
LDL 146 H <130
CHOL/HDL 5.9 H <=5.0
NON HDL CHOL 177 H < or 20 yrs: target for non-HDL CHOL is 30mg/DL higher than LDL CHOL target.
DHEA 300
Estradiol FREE 1.55 H
Estradiol 77 H
yes ultra-senitive no ranges given
Total test 1000 250-1100
Free Test 248.8 H 35.0- 155.0

so DR dropped me to 150mg a week 75mg 2/wk (which is better than last dr 100mg once a month)
but he wants me on Fenofibrate 25mg for 3 months to drop my Cholesterol number I'm not a fan of Lipitor or Stains would like to do it by diet and exercise (Dr said that not good enough numbers too high)
and he put me on 1mg a week of Anastrozole now should I take that before after day of shot???

but he wants my Free test to drop before putting my on HCG or treating my ED.

any tips or comments welcome.

Take .5 mg of the anastrozole 24 hours after each injection. Test peaks at about 72 hours after injection and the AI has a 50 hour half life so the timing of the two here work optimally.
