Well, after a few months of looking at the care I was getting from he specialist I was seeing (highly regarded Urologist in Canada), I realized that the care was actual old school thinking and not looking at the all the hormones int he spectrum and the effects that TRT has on them. So, I've found a private Clinic in Canada that I'm willing to try. Started the pre Appointment good work up and lets say that after 16 vials of blood, the Dr appears to be thorough in getting a true picture of where I stand. My appointment is in March but here are the results. (some of the 40 + tests done).
I should mention that this is after being on 150mg per week of 200mg/l Test E plus 500 iu x2 of HCG. for 7 weeks. (Prior to this protocol - 100mg and 500iu X2 before)
RESULT RANGE
Hematocrit .48 .400 -.500
fasting Glucose 5.2 3.6 - 6.0
ALT 82 <50 HI
AST 102 <35 HI
LDL 1.02
Chol 4.87
HDL 1.00
TSH .87 .32-4.00
Free T4 11 9-19
Free T3 4.3 3.1-6.2
E2 (non-sensitive 165 <162 HI
progesterone <.5 <1.7
SHBG 16.2 10 - 70
FSH <.1 1.0 - 8 LO
LH <.1 1.0-7 LO
Cortisol AM 204 135-537
Cortisol PM 130 135-537
DHEA -s 4.4 <15
Free T 1063 196 - 636 (mol) HI
There are still a few results pending but these are the big ones. The high ALT and AST, I am not concerned with as historically, due to hemochromatosis, those level are elevated. Plus, I have been hitting the gym like a freak lately so I would expect the numbers.
yes, the E2 is non sensitive. I'm in Canada and that's all we have here. So please, don't give me the "you need to get a sensitive e2 reading........ Won't be happening anytime soon.
now my big question. The free T being out of the house levels? Normal? I feel fantastic ever since the dosage increase from 100mg and I am showing no sides of being high in fact, this past month has been the best in a long time (strong erections, hi libido, great sleeps, totally refreshed, good energy etc). Basically, all the things that you suppose to feel on TRT.
What's people opinions. I know that the DHEA, Free T4, PM cortisol, progesterone and SHBG are all on the lower end.
