Hey guys,

I posted another thread about your opinion on what my protocol should be coming from EOD dosing of HCG + Test cyp and I started the new protocol January 13th, 2018. I just got blood work last week due to moving back in with parents for the 2nd time in a few months (we are staying this time until fiance gets out of pharmacy school).

Here is the other thread that I had for when I was considering dailies as well (https://www.excelmale.com/forum/sho...y-Protocol-Look-Like-For-Me&p=94142#post94142)

Anyways though, I should probably start with the daily protocol I am doing:

Both of these are DAILY -
Test Cyp 16MG, HCG 100iu
I do them both subcutaneously right next to each other on my stomach and just keep flipping sides of my stomach and outer area on the waist line.

I should note that I have added Iron+Vitamin C daily due to having a low Ferritin level on my last bloodwork.

My current supplements include:

(1) Iron, 3-4 Fish Oil, 1-2 Vitamin C, 1 B12, One a Day Men's 50+ Multi (I'm only 29 years old but it is the only one that didn't have extra Iron in it), (2) Cholestoff, 1 Vitamin D3, and BCCAs in a powder.

I'll go onto the results in just a minute and will also show my EOD protocol and the results from the previous bloodwork below as well.. but I want to talk about this ED protocol.

So far I haven't seen any benefit of doing them daily, but maybe I have the wrong doses and I wasn't sure originally whether to take HCG ED as well like I have been or not.. but I need HCG since I want to get my fiance pregnant one day.

Before TRT with the level of total T at ~207 and then ~400 with ED 12.5mg of Clomid, I always had HIGH anxiety and have tried lexapro for awhile, paxil, zoloft, etc. I have to heavily rely on clonopin now daily because of how bad it is..

I'm just at a stand still because I can't work right now and need to pay bills and TRT isn't cheap either.. I really don't want to be 29 walking around with a 207 TT because I'm sure my anxiety would be even worse. But I basically just feel like I'm drunk all day and no one knows what the cause of it. I have MILD sleep apnea after doing a sleep study, but it didn't seem like they really recommend treatment since I was just at the mild mark barely.. I honestly think that is what is causing all of the anxiety but who knows.

Anyways, what are your guy's thoughts on the numbers below? I should note that I did a blood draw January 15th, a day after starting the protocol. I'm assuming my Hematocrit hit an all time high from the supplementation of the Iron? It seemed to triple my Ferritin from the last time I had it checked. Before TRT I was at around 48-49 Hematocrit.

All in all I figured dailies would help my anxiety and the feeling of being drunk the entire day from that.. but I have just been even more paranoid, haven't been able to go to work, and haven't been able to leave the house right now.. We had to move back in with parents due to money.. etc. I have just been so miserable and the only thing that can take my mind off everything is playing video games. I used to work out all of the time, etc.. I only occasionally do now because of this.. I really need help and hope you guys have suggestions.

Here is the results (keep in mind I'm around 207 total T naturally and have now been on TRT a year and 3 months).

Here is also my November 2017 results when I was on EOD injections at 40mg Test Cyp and 250iu.

Thanks for any help and please let me know if there are any questions you have for me. I'll answer them promptly :).

Hownmuch iron and vit c are you taking? When i tried daily injections my HCT went through the roof as well

Your testosterone panel looks good. I wonder if you can inject both T and HCG in the same syringe. I'm currently injecting 16mg of tcyp daily and 500iu of HCG every 3 1/2 days, It took me about 12 weeks to feel the full results. I'm feeling good on this protocol but I did feel better on my old protocol of 20mg of testosterone Cypionate daily. I felt that my T levels just got too high on my old protocol.

Tough love here: hormones have little to do with you not working, not leaving the house, being 29 and living with your parents with a fiance in tow, and playing video games all day. You have more issues than low T and treating it isn't going to even nudge the problems you're having in your life right now. Anxiety for which you've tried a number of pills for...I think you're already seeing that you have much larger problems with your health and your life than low T.

Hey are we looking at the same testosterone panel label March2018 at the bottom? I also uploaded my November 2017 ome as well. My TT is only 440 now on these dailies. I could probably load it into one syringe but that doesn't seem to be the problem.

Hey, I just mentioned video games help get my mind off everything, not that I play them all day. In the last month for instance I've probably played a total of 10 to 20 hours of games, if that. It's a couple hours here and a couple of hours there.

So you don't think having a hormone imbalance causes anxiety? I agree I have more issues than just hormones but I'm still only at 440 total t right now.

Hey I have been take the Nature Made Brand Iron 65mg, but it says it's equivalent to 325mg of Ferrous Sulfate. Vitamin C has been consistently 500mg. The most I occasionally do is 1000mg.

You're right I was looking at your old testosterone panel, I'm should be pretty easy enough to go back to your old protocol. Did you do your old Labs on injection day before you injected.

Hey I always do the labwork before I inject and these were both done fasting. If I go back to my old protocol i would need to add in an anti estrogen though. Also on my old protocol i was doing HCG today then test tomorrow then HCG then test. I would alternate them so I was still injecting something every day. I was also injecting test intramuscular before and HCG always subcutaneously.

I'm wondering really if it's the iron that caused a spike in the hematocrit. Do you think if I discontinue iron and b12 that the hematocrit will go down some? I could also eat some grapefruit which I haven't tried.

Also on the lab days in November I probably got more sleep. These labs last week I only got 5 or 6 hours of sleep the night before labs. I have trouble sleeping since I'm up worrying.

Thanks

I donated blood yesterday and my blood pressure is definitely high, as well as my resting pulse. Is anyone else having this issue on TRT? I sometimes can't sleep because my heart will be racing and like tonight where I was trying to watch a movie and my heart was just racing. My blood pressure was 138/78 and my pulse is 64 beats a minute average. Any ideas? I really need to get this figured out. I really don't want to stop taking TRT because of all of this. My normal test level is 207 off TRT at 29. What do you guys think?

You could try low dose melatonin for sleep, I don't know if it would help your heart rate.
It seems like melatonion doesn't ever help any other ideas? Is a little bit higher blood pressure and increased heart rate common for TRT?

Storm, you will never identitfy you problem until you do a full Thyroid Panel. Why our experts miss this is beyond me. I've chased low ferritin, cortisol, parathyroid, low E2, high E2, and you name it, i've chased it to no resolution UNTIL- had a full thyroid testing that included - IMO - high reverse T3 that most MD's don't test. Here is a good resource:

Also, here are optimal Thyroid levels:

This guy is light years ahead of most Endo's and modern thyroid training. All these supplements that are recommended do nothing but treat symptoms - they will never identify the cause.
