So this has changed my life. It is so easy. My doc has me on 200 mg of test a week. I am also on 500 units of HCG three times a week. I decided to do 40 mg test w/ 500 units of HCG in a single syring three times per week. I am coming in a little lower than the prescribe 200 mg of test but it seems a lot of you are having success at 100 mg.

I do have a question. How dangerous, if at all, is it if you can't get all the bubbles out of the syringe after you have loaded it with both medications? I try my best to tap the syringe and move all the bubbles to the top but it seems a few always remain.

What risks are their if I don't get all the bubbles out and push some in when I inject into my shoulder?

The Main issue with getting the bubbles out would be if you were injecting intravenously you aren't. Intramuscular injections in the shoulder are very safe. No major blood vessels up there.

its nothing to worry about, as said by Vision. Small bubble is fine, get out as much as you can. What I do is draw .27ml, when its filled, I push back in to the vial to my desired dose of .25, this let's me push out as much air as possible, then I withdraw from the vial.

For me I can only inject myself on the left hand shoulder. Almost impossible to inject safely on my right hand shoulder. Otherwise I like this soft or light IM. I alter between subq and right shoulder so the injections aren´t always done at the same place. I also find it a bit hard to mix these 2 in one syringe.

The only issue with a little air is that it is taking the place of whatever you are injecting so therefore you aren't getting a full dose.

I also inject in my shoulders, Nelsons method. It seems sometimes there's some small bubbles from the hcg, I try to get most of them all out, then I inject and I don't worry about it.

Thanks guys. I just got a new box of syringes. Maybe these will help a little. I just seemed to get a lot of residual bubbles with the current brand (BD).
