Have you had E2 tested? I assume not.

E2 and SHBG will be your most likely causes. Free testosterone tests aren't the best for reliability.

I actually just ordered that test on my own and I'm getting that ran tomorrow, I'm crossing my fingers that I get an answer there.

I wouldn't recommend having E2 ran on its own.

It'll be less interpretable than if you have total and free ran with it, because say E2 is super low, is that because you're a low aromatizer? Or because testosterone suddenly dropped?

Each will have different meanings. With just E2 on its own, there's no way to tell.

Well I guess I shouldn't have done that, but I had test. checked 2 different times and both times it was high and free t above range.

Tell her your "friend" Joe Lescano sent you, you may get an appointment in a week.
I've referred a couple of guys and they got quick appointments.
I made an appointment with her... How do her labs work because she said they're in-house, does she really have her own lab too?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
