Hi Guys. Considering starting TRT. I'm 38 with low libido, low energy, and lack of focus. Total T has gone from a low of about 160 ng/dL back in 2013 up to 351 ng/dL last week. HCG monotherapy seemed to move the needle a bit and got me to where I am today (I discontinued HCG about 3 months ago). Just want input as to if TRT is likely to help me. I am going to post my labs for your references. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Your Total T is low and Free T not the best, SHBG is on the lower end, estrogen healthy and pretty much dictates the type of protocol going forward. Once you double your Total T I expect to see estrogen climb, smaller frequent injections will be the best way to balance levels.

Thyroid looks well balanced, Free T3 about mid-range and Reverse T3 <15 ng/dL.

At that level I would try other options first.

Are you getting enough sleep?
Are you getting enough sunshine?
Are you over weight how’s your diet?
Do you do lift?
Do you do a lot of cardio? (Kills T)
