Natural Aromatase Inhibitors Successful ?

Recently, i have been trying to drop my anastrozole and just let my T run free, but unfortunately I’m one of those guys that needs their AI. Frankly, I’m not sure why some guys can drop their AI and do great, while the rest of us struggle with high E2 sides. Personally, I've tried going 9 weeks without an AI and that was a real problem for me, I experienced ED, low libido, and BPH which is a real problem, since in my case I was getting up at night every hour, to take a leak. I should point out that when I’m in balance I only get up once a night.

Regardless of my results, I need a more natural way of controlling a rising E2. I know of many natural aromatase inhibitors, but I was wondering if anyone has had success using them and could perhaps share some dosing information. Personally, I’m considering using DIM in conjunction with nettle root extract capsules as opposed to the tea.

Please share your thoughts.

Thanks!

Check this thread, it may help.

You might benefit from daily Cialis. It helps manage E on some people, helps with ED and BPH. As for libido, ED can cause you to lose it since it puts a strain on your mind. You tried not taking the AI so thats good, but how about dosing? How often do you dose? Im on EOD protocol, and kinda considering Everyday shots, but why mess with something thats working fine. More frequent, smaller doses helps with lowering aromatase. It took me almost 4 months to really feel like I had made the right decision. Do you work out?

My two cents: Most "natural" supplements are going to be less effective, and in some cases less safe as well. Particularly with botanicals, dose standardization may be questionable, and there are dozens of different compounds, many of which are not well-studied. Take a look at the complexity of DIM and IC3, along with their contradictory modes of action. In contrast, something like anastrozole is simpler, better studied and more understood.

The best natural way to control estradiol is through dose reduction. If we can achieve testosterone levels similar to what we had before becoming hypogonadal then estradiol should remain tractable. Exceptions occur when hCG is used, or if a lot of body fat has been added. It's also possible that it can't be achieved by using only a longer testosterone ester, such as cypionate.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
