My libido improved when i added the cream but truth be told I think it was a honeymoon period and then I adjusted. Libido is a funny thing. I just turned 50 and if I had to guess I have an average libido and have relations with my wife more often (2-3 times/week) than most couples who have been together 25 years. I am not happy with having an average libido for a 50 year old. I would prefer to have the libido of my 25 year old self and be horny all the time. I have come to the conclusion that TRT has little to do with it. I think I am just getting older.
