Hot flashing is low estrogen, suggest your estrogen is low or crashed and lay off the AI for a while. You very well may be an AI over-responder.
 
So after having to take a break from my TRT treatment (Family issues)
I'm going to be restarting this week. Had a new consult with Defy (Dr. Calkins) and a new protocol.

Testosterone Cream 200 mg/ml – 3 clicks every am

HCG 500 iu inject SQ twice weekly to reverse/prevent testicular atrophy

Anastrozole 0.125mg twice weekly – h/o elevated E2, titrate on follow-up

DHEA 25 mg pby mouth at night

Vitamin D3 5000 iu daily

Fish oil 3-4 g by mouth every day for HDL support

Estradiol (E2)

DHT
