My PT141 Arrived Today - Is 20 Units Considered Too Much?

Hi guys.. My pt141 arrived today with instructions to keep it refrigerated. I never tried it before in my life. Dosage of injection is 20 units. I assume 20 units is whats marked as '20' on the syringe, correct? If thats the case, is that considered too much for a 1st time user?

What does that equate to in micrograms? (MCG). I would start at no more than 500mcg and preferably 100-300mcg, and gradually work up. If you inject before bed you should have noticeable benefit in the morning. Injecting more (to start with) can give more side effects than benefit. You will feel a little flushing at the lower doses but it should pass in a few minutes. A lot of people start with a lot more but I see no reason to. People who start with more also seem to frequently report that they do not get benefit (or as much benefit) after their first use which suggests desensitization at higher doses.

Problems to get an orgasm while on a ssri, solutions?

If have PFS (post finasteride syndrome) for years now and my main problem is zero libido. Would that work for it too? I'm confident short of organic brain damage, PT can, at the proper dose, restore libido in essentially all cases.

What shop did you buy it from? Ask it there, it's impossible for us to know. Also no instructions, booklet?

If you know the amount of liquid in the vial and the total mg of PT-141 then you can calculate it. So for example, if the vial has 10mg of PT-141 and you added 5 ml of water, then that would be 2mg for a full syringe, so 1/10 of a syringe would be 200 MCG.
