My orgasm problems are getting worse

I just spent 7 hrs in bed with a beautiful new girl over two days and while she came about 20 times, i came exactly 0 times, and we tried everything. i got close two or three times, but then the O backed off. One thing we noticed is that I leaked a ton of so-called precum along the way, such that I don't think there was anything left for me to ejaculate even if i could. After she left, I was able to masturbate to completion but ... no ejaculate and a very weak unhappy sad-faced O at that.

I've had this problem for a while now and it keeps getting worse and worse. It could be partly my age, 63, and the zoloft I take but I've gone off the zoloft to see if that helps, and it didn't. i've tried the zinc/lecethin combo but it only adds to the precum amount (which my girl says she can feel leaking out of me when i'm inside her) i can only think that it's related to TRT. Thoughts, anyone? I'm getting kinda desperate.

Or... I have something wrong down there that's allowing leakage instead of holding everything back prior to ejaculation. Possible?

So those labs are 20mg twice per week with the Nandrolone? The glaring thing though need to see whats going on with your dose increase is your E is way to low and as you indicated its the wrong test.

1, make sure Defy or whomever is writing out "Sensitive Estradiol" on the order. IF that's good, then question the lab when you have the blood drawn. They'll hand you a form and say verify your personal info, but look at the bottom, the labs they entered will be listed there. IF it's wrong give it back to them. Note though if the order says "Estradiol" the lab can't/won't change it. If the order is written wrong give it back to Defy.

You are on quite a bit of other meds besides testosterone and some of those other meds can easily cause sexual issues.
At your age, do you have any prostate issues/ enlargement?
why are you taking nandrolone for muscle wasting?

You are on quite a few drugs that mess with brain chemistry....Zoloft, Wellbutrin, and adderall. This could cause a issue. Also low e2 could prevent orgasm. Are you taking an AI?

the half life of zoloft is very short and i've gone off it for a few weeks as an experiment and nothing changed. lots of guys on z, i've read, stop on a wednesday to get ready for weekend sex. i gave it much more time than that.

i have already upped my T dose, from 20 to 30. did it about a month ago now.

I'm not on an AI and I had my prostate checked recently -- no issues. i don't take [FONT=&quot]pygeum, only zinc and lecithin, which i guess might have the same effect.[/FONT]

it could be the propranalol. i take it for tremors and am going to a movement specialist next week to see if i can get a different drug.

other thoughts? Let's assume my E2 would also show as being low on the sensitive test. what can i do about it?

soaker hose. and it starts at the first sign of excitement, which has caused me considerable embarrassment when it happens in public. and i get excited pretty easily. i no longer wear light-colored pants when i go out. and i always wear my shirts untucked. sheesh.

It could take several weeks to a few months for your brain to return to (rewiring) normal function. Zoloft made me 100% impotent, adderall did the same. Low E2 is a problem for ejaculation and erections.

You have hormonal problems and is probably why you needed the adderall for concentration and the Zoloft for depression.

SSRI's are well known for that effect. Being able to get and keep an erection, but unable to finish is common with SSRIs and likely the cause in your case from what I see.

Zoloft takes approximately 4-6 weeks to get into a therapeutic range and stopping on Wednesday for a weekend will do nothing. That is more than likely the reason. Don't stop without a doctor being involved as you may have problems. Around 50 % of all males and almost all your age have erectile dysfunction from it.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Giving your woman 20 orgasms is impressive.

Been with my my wife since 1987 and she was only able to get those results after I got on TRT over two years ago. Needless to say, she does have any complaints. Your girl is likely to feel it's because of her and needs to be reassured that it's not. Explain to her why the Zoloft is the problem. If you have OCD, SSRIs are the drug of choice for that. I am a psychotherapist for 21 years and have worked mostly with men, so I kind of know what I am talking about, but talk to your MD. With a new woman in your life, communication with her is the key, along with you acknowledging that this is a quality problem you got going on at your age.

I think it would be a good idea to test for pregnenolone deficiency, it works great for anxiety if there is a deficiency. Back in the 60's pregnenolone was shelved in favor of SSRI's, since patented drugs were more profitable.

1:1 ratio of Test to Nandrolone dosage is one of your problems. Also watch your Prolactin levels. Both of these factors can contribute to sexual dysfunction.

I’ve actually been tapering off of Lexapro for a few months now. The drug is very good at zapping libido and delaying orgasms. Lowest therapeutic dose is 10mg. Was insanely hard to orgasm. Even down to 2.5mg it has a delay. Could only imagine if I wasn’t on trt. Not even sure getting on the lexapro was the right decision, but I’d rather steer away in the future.

Regarding nandrolone, it also affects serotonin. There have been studies, and I have to admit I can’t interperet them. When I experimented it I felt amazing as it kicked in for a few days, but I couldn’t ejaculate. Then it goes away. Just my experience.

Don’t meant to hijack the thread but how have you been tapering off the lexapro? I’ve tried to come off a couple times and couldn’t do it. How did you structure your doses?
