What do these numbers represents? Are you on a protocol? If so, can you offer some details? You TSH is certainly high; what other thyroid labs were run? Did you obtain a sensitive estradiol value?

I agree. I would look into your thyroid more as it can relate to low-T

Thank you for responding back! I took my results from online and pasted them here. I don't know what the numbers mean besides they are the results of the specific blood test.

My Dr didn't say anything about my thyroid. I saw him today and he again told me that my testosterone levels are normal and that testosterone therapy wouldn't do anything for me.
I told him I'm hot gaining any muscle and have increased belly fat. He said poor diet is causing little muscle gain and ordered a cat scan of my stomach to see if its visceral fat.

With a total testosterone of 674 you will be hard pressed to find a doctor willing to commence TRT...but I would urge you to consult another doctor or obtain additional thyroid testing on your own. A TSH nearly at the top of the reference scale is indicative of some sort of problem. At a minimum, you should look at T3, T4, RT3, and thyroid antibodies. They will give some insight into what your thyroid gland is doing. An out of kilter thyroid could explain some of what you are dealing with.

This right here is the problem with GPs, they read a lab page and oh it's in range so all is well...a TSH over 3, is not good. Not at all. I concur you should find another Dr willing to treat that. You need some additional tests and make sure you're fasting 12hrs before your draw, but you should also ask for:

T3, T4, Free T3, Antibodies, and Reverse T3, along with TSH.

You can try an endocrinologist though I don't recommend them I haven't seen or been impressed with the knowledge or lack there of, of treating Thyroid.

X2 there are some good ones but it seems extremely rare IMHO not just thyroid but TRT as well
