Any of you guys use medicine balls? I'd like to get one for home use, but am unsure of size. It seems like there are generally two types- heavier ones for throws or lighter ones for various calisthenics. Anybody have a recommendation for type and weight?
Generally, a 6lb med-ball can be used for a large variety of exercises. Heavier is not necessary better, which is impt to recognize. My favorites were made by Gilman but I don't think they make them anymore.
