Make Your Own Raw Nutella - vegan, raw recipe

Fantastically rich and healthy Nutella knockoff made with all raw ingredients to optimize all enzymatic and nutritional benefits. Great for the whole family!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw hazelnuts
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
4 tablespoons maple syrup (or try agave nectar or coconut nectar)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon raw coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
Directions:


1. In a food processor, blend nuts until they begin to form a paste.
2. Add coconut oil, and continue blending until it starts getting smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy and spreadable.

The only thing I'd like to change about this recipe is to find the which of the sweeteners are best as far as minimizing the increase in blood sugar. However, I still want it to taste good enough that people love to use it as a treat. Any suggestions from members would be appreciated.
