I'd never buy anything with a proprietary blend. Don't be sold on the ads. You can buy magnesium (any kind in that blend) for much cheaper and see how it works for you. Glycinate works well for me. You can Google mag types to research.
Mag glycinate is good stuff. I always avoid proprietary blends/ formulas, it’s a red flag for a b.s. supplement…not to mention anything Dave Asprey is pushing should also be a red flag for junk.
I'm already taking Citrate and Glycinate. I don't want to add any more pills/potions to my routine and thought getting the "different" magnesium's in a single pill would be convenient. But I'll keep things as they are. Thanks for the advice.
