Lowest Dose of HCG to Avoid Atrophy

What's up guys,

Seems like numbers are all over the place on how much HCG is needed to avoid atrophy. Some people are able to get away with very minimal doses while other need more of a significant amount. For those that use HCG just to avoid atrophy what is the dose/frequency that works for you and what was the lowest dosage you were able to get down to?

I use 375 IU M-W-F. I hear of other using 250 IU. There is a lot of info on this site regarding HCG. Do a search and you'll have plenty to read.

I use 400 IU's once a week. It seems to prevent the atrophy just fine. I was using 400 IU's 3 times a week and my E2 went to 80. When I first started HCG I took a lot and it really wasn't necessary.
