Im lowering my T dose from 45mgs every tues and friday to 30 mgs every tues and friday.
i just made the switch yesterday. How long should i wait until i get my T levels tested again? 2 weeks?
Serum levels will be in transition for six weeks, as madman and Vince pointed out. Any change resets the clock and your back to a six week shakedown cruise.
I know when I went from twice weekly to a daily injection schedule, same dose, it was an interesting ride. My doctor and Dr. Saya both pointed out that everything is in transition, not simply the total testosterone marker, and the half-life/frequency changes are not necessarily impacting things in unison. Bottom line - draw no conclusions until that six week mark. What if you switch to an EOD protocol on the same dosage, won't your levels reach a steady state sooner? This time my shakedown cruise is a bit milder and am assuming it's because my levels were already pretty stable on Twice weekly.
