Lowering SHBG - The Impact of Higher Test?

Reading an older thread...thinking that I did initially have high SHBG which in turn gave Low free testosterone
.
so is it correct in what I am reading that Higher Total testosterone should lower SHGB? (im on a learning curve with this, any links appreciated).

Typically, large injections of exogenous testosterone will lower SHBG to a certain extent.

I think my Friend CoastWatcher is spot but to add that adminstration of Exo T typically brings some reduction in SHBG levels, to expand on your statement higher Testosterone...what would typically happen for a high(er) SHBG guy suffering a Free T problem in this same scenario, you guys would generally have to run higher Totals, >1000 or even 1200, to try and compensate for the SHBG and get your Free T to increase.

Another alternative to reduce SHBG and release some bound T to Free T, is to take Proviron daily.

Are there any docs out there that prescribe proviron in the US or is it overseas only?
