Lowered Test raised HCG

I lowered my Test from 200 mg to 160 mg, and raised HCG from 500 iu this week to 1000 iu. If my total test range prior to this adjust was peak 1000 ng/dl, what would you estimate it to be on this protocol?

You’ll probably be looking at little to no changes in hormones at all, because you decreased the Test dose, but increased the hCG.

If your goal is to lower your levels, I don’t see that happening.

Is this protocol change more about fertility?

No, I have a condition where I might have estrogen desensitization and I wanted to adjust levels before supplementing e2.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
