I have been on clomid for the last 4 weeks and here are my results.
Before clomid my Test = 510 Estradiol = 40. I was having brain fog and lack of energy.
I have energy and no brain fog. However my libido has disappeared.

WBC = 5.2
RBC = 5.60
Hemoglobin = 17.7
Hematocrit = 51.8 HIGH
MCV = 93
Testosterone, Total, LC/MS = 1043.3
LH = 12.8 HIGH
FSH = 5.3
Estradiol, Sensitive = 24.9

My libido is non existing I just can not wrap my head around this.

My protocol is = Clomid 12.5mg or 25mg base on how I feel. I also take DIM 100mg everyday.

I do get Midnight wood but that does not help me.

What are your thoughts?
I am looking to get a phlebotomy to reduce my Hematocrit.

The restart will be for 3 months. After that we will re-evaluate my status and see what are the next steps.
I am 38 with two kids and dont plan on having anymore.

So if I have to go on Test that wouldnt be a problem.

Many guys on Clomid do not feel well despite often getting very good Total T and E2 numbers. It can be done, but its quite a challenge and requires a very experienced doctor to help tweak things as you go.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
