28 y/o Male, 190 lbs 6 foot. Struggling with ED and have very low to no libido. No morning erections since high school. Mood is fine, no depression or anxiety. Lift 3x/ week, walk daily, eat pretty clean, no issues with exercise tolerance. Never on exogenous testosterone or other pharmaceutical medications. No other health conditions besides A1c being near prediabetic (5.6), which I'm also confused by as diet isn't carb heavy.

Sick of having no libido and ED so got some baseline early AM fasting labs, results are below. Highlights include:
Total test: 651 ng/dL
Free Test: 92.8 pg/mL (dialysis)
E2: 31 pg/mL
SHBG: 37 nmol/L
Prolactin: 7.9 ng/dL
DHEA-S: 104 mcg/dL
LH: 2.8 mIU/mL
FSH: 4.3 mIU/mL
TSH: 2.31 mIU/L

Also checked cortisol (13.0) and vit D (42.8) separately.

Started boron 6 mg daily, dhea 20 mg daily, zinc 15 mg daily, magnesium glycinate nightly, on for about 2 months. No change in symptoms. Previously on vit d3 5000 IU daily (winter in the midwest).

Anything I am doing wrong or should change? Any additional labs to check? Plan to repeat in the next few weeks to see where DHEA and Test numbers/E2 are at. Free T seems pretty low, which I feel explains symptoms, with SHBG where it is at.

Thank you in advance for any recommendations.
