Looking for specialist in TRT and hormone & peptide management in Mexico

This is my first post. I have a lot to read and learn on this forum. There seems to tons of great information. It will take time to absord and learn - grateful for a community like this.

I had a cutting-edge Urologist in Atlanta, GA that was treating me for ED (due to an injury), low testosterone, and maintaining optimal hormone/peptide levels. I was injecting testosterone and taking a sublingual compounded blend troche of sermorelin & Ipamoreline (400 mcg) every night before bed, and a variety of comlimentary psuppliements. The combination was working so well for me with no side-effects and great results. I felt amazing.

I moved from the US to Mexico two years ago. I know live in Queretaro, MX. My doctor in the US (Dr. Steven Morganstern, a genius in his field of ED) and Hallendale Compounding Pharmacy in FL both (as of last month) stopped offering the sublingual blended troche.

Now that I am living in Queretaro - which is close to Mexico City, I have been desperately searching for a local physician - who specializes in TRT and homone management and optimization. I have tried both Urologist and Endocrologist with no luck so far and little confidence in the knowledge base beyond offering TRT. Does anyone know of a well-qualified physician in Mexico that specialize in these areas?

Would it be OK to have your compounded sublingual mailed to a friend of yours to then have her mail it to you in the main while ?

I will ask my friends in Mexico City and let you know.

Nelson,
Thank you for replying.

I have a mailing address in Laredo TX. Expat packages are “muled” across the border once a week and can be kept refrigerated if needed. Then delivered here in Querétaro within a couple of days.

Also, greatly appreciate you asking your friend in CDMX. It’s only 2.5 hours from Querétaro so it’s a fairly easy commute.

All legitimate compounding pharmacies stopped making ipamorelin, ibutamoren, and all other peptides (except PT-1141, which is FDA approved) because the FDA notified them to cease production.

If I were you, I would buy testosterone over the counter in Mexico and self manage in the meantime.

I had a a couple of follow-up questions:

QUESTION 1
You said, “Would it be OK to have your compounded sublingual mailed to a friend of yours to then have her mail it to you in the main while ?”

I responded, yes - not a problem.

Then you said, “all legitimate compounding pharmacies stopped making ipamorelin, ibutamoren, and all other peptides (except PT-1141, which is FDA approved) because the FDA notified them to cease production.”

I was wondering why you asked the first question if all "legitimate compounding pharmacies” ceased all production off all peptides except for PT-1141. Is it possible to get compounded sublingual peptides through another means or other countries?

QUESTION 2
What did you mean by “self manage in the mean time? Is there a way to work-around the FDA until they reverse their decision regarding the use of peptides?

RESPONSE 3
I appreciate you contracting your friend in Mexico City.
I would love to find a knowledgeable physican to help with this process - for testing and prescriptions here in Mexico. It would save so much money on testing and blood work.

Thank you - Pate.
