Looking for opinions on recent labs (Clomid)

Hello folks! Just looking for some opinions. Current protocol has simply been 25mg Clomid EOD. Been on it for a while! Recent labs posted below. I don’t typically freak out about the e2. But, looking for advice on if that result needs to be actioned, as most of my other results appear good. I don’t want to overreact or bother doctor unnecessarily, and while most days I’ve felt good subjectively, more recently I’ve noticed a dip in erectile function and overall anxiety. Context: 33 y/o, relatively active and normal BMI.

Blood test results as follows (early morning draw)
DHEA 291 ug
Fsh 2.2
LH 3.4
Prolactin 17 ng
Test total 626 ng
Test free 149 pg
SHGB 28 nmol
E2 (ultra sensitive): 43 pg

Thanks for any thoughts !

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
