Hey guys!

Ive been reading a spanish doctor who has a wide experience in trt and he advocates the gel use instead of injection. He claims that gels doesnt inhibit the fsh and lh. But he only aproves liposome gel because he notices the pharmaceutical gels ( f.e androgel ) dont work as well. He also says that people who use liposomal gel keep their gonadotropins working and didnt need trt for life.

I wonder if this is similar to the cream base that Empower discontinued about a year or two ago. I never tried it, but others have mentioned it’s similar to a gel like consistency similar to your liposomal gel this Dr. prescribes.

I actually got decent bloods on androgel but it’s so prohibitively expensive and I think I was a truly rare case

This is wrong. There’s still suppression, less vs injections.

You’re still shut down regardless. As with any topical treatment, the half-life will be the same as any other topical gel or cream treatment.

This claim gives your doctor justification to sell a more expensive product.
