Lipo-C injection gone wrong

I've been using lipo-c for a couple weeks now with no adverse reactions to the injections until yesterday. I think I either injected to deep or not deep enough. I've got a red itchy-swollen and warm to the touch lump on my love handle now.

Anything to really worry about it just give it time. How do I prevent this from happening again?

Picture should be attached. But it's upside down if that matters.

A local reaction, which is what that sounds like, should resolve soon. Any change in how you administered it? Different needle gauge? Different technique?

M chest was real so from working out so I couldn't reach my love handle as well as normal. Halfway into the injection I realized I didn't have the 29g 1/2" all the way in so I then stuck it in probably deeper than normal and finished the injection.

Ive had zero reactions up until This injection.
