Lifting and care of skin when losing weight

I'm losing weight now. The first 10 kg went away quickly (three weeks). Now the skin on the arms and stomach looks so-so. She's very flabby. I started training, I am already on a HEALTHY diet, because before that the first 10 kg I ate 1000 kcal. So what to do with the skin? How to make it like before losing weight - filling, elastic? maybe someone knows, creams, wraps, etc.

Dr. Jason Fung of Fasting fame has often pointed out that the people he sees lose a lot of weight via fasting do not have skin issues, however skin issues often occur in those who simply do a low calorie approach. The body seems to be able to recycle and remodel skin in the context of fasting so you might want to investigate that and possibly incorporate fasting into your approach, especially since it seems to have lots of other benefits as well.

try blood-propelling creams, such as hot/cold anti-cellulite cream. they create the effect of a bath + blood rushes to those areas where the cream was applied, thereby triggering the processes of renewal and movement of lymph (removes swelling). a cool thing in fact, but for some reason, people use it only for removing cellulite, but everyone forgets about the healing properties of blood movement, which actively begins to carry blood to the areas of application
