An endo prescribed me letrozole 5mg twice a day and cialis for my weaker erections without checking my blood levels (which I think were completely normal and the was placebo). I consumed 150 mg of letrozole in 15 days as prescribed and got hit with bunch of sides like Penile shrinkage, erectile dysfunction, muscles won't get pumped during/post workout, joints crack and ache, scalp is flaky and dry, hair thinning and hair loss, suicidal thoughts, fatigue, mood swings, memory issues, muscle loss. I left using letrozole on 16th day. I've been off letrozole for 6 months now and the sides still exist. I got my blood work done
in November 2023 : total test at 996, e2 at 21, free test at 39.33
December 2023. : total test at 1194 , LH 2.55, FSH 2.25, Prolactin 12.85, TSH is normal.
PS - 1) I'm 22 and I have never been on any compounds my entire life not even TRT so don't know how the test is so high.
2) Since i have no experience or knowledge on compounds, i consumed letrozole in such high dose without even thinking twice about it. I know I've made a huge mistake.
3) I'm a newbie to compounds and excelmale, I'm sorry if I make any mistake. Don't mean to hurt anyone.
Please help me out of here. Also HCG or 17B estradiol tablets might help?
