The most important issue: how are you feeling?

I feel fine. I'm 48 had a diagnosis last year of a weaker than normal heart but my meds have me stable. I have, 2 young kids. I am slightly tired but manage to get my workouts daily. My sex drive could be better. But I don't know what I should feel like. I probably could get more than the 6 hours sleep I get but currently that's impossible. I am tying to see if this is the perfect program for me. Any ideas on more energy would help. This forum is great!

Vince what do you think of my egfr? should I be concerned? but those are quite consistent numbers over the last 15 years. Also do you think I should stop using AI? I value your input

How long have you taken an AI, how much do you take, and how often? Why was it prescribed? Incorrect test, which it was, or not, that is an astonishingly low estradiol value.

Those values are lower then mine were. I can't believe he is not having symptoms from it.

PLEASE do stop taking AI!

You have almost NO estradiol in your body. That is dangerous, especially at your age, not to mention you're complaining of issues caused by low E2, low energy and low libido.

You need to get a sensitive E2 test, not the standard E2 test, as it's really useless.

EGFR is a complicated subject, but it might be due to some of your medications, honestly I'd ask a doctor that one. It's too complicated for forum guys to speculate. Dr Saya may be able to comment on that if he's comfortable.

You do need more sleep, what's causing your sleep loss. I feel so good with a good night of sleep. Lack of sleep causes so many problems.

Yes please get the correct Estrogen testing, even though that's the wrong test I think all we can say about it is that ya it's wrong. How much and how often are you using Anastrozole.

also you can stop spending money on these two, they're going to be zero now that you're on T and are of no use:
fsh and lh

Personally I wouldn't use an AI and do you use creatine? Creatine will make your creatinine levels look high, It makes my levels high. Your egfr is not to far from 60, what's your doctor comment?
