Latest labs before I start with Defy.

I experimented with topicals for about 2-3 months, highest concentration I went was 20% at 100mg per day, this did not raise my TT higher than 500 (which is near my baseline). I decided to go back to Cypionate at 120mg per week injecting 60mg Tue and Fri along with 250IU of HCG M/W/F. My current labs from this regiment:

CRP 1.9 (<7.9)
Homocysteine 5.3 L (6.0-15)

TSH 1.14 (0.45-4.50)
T4 1.1 (0.8-1.7)
T3 4.2 (2.0-4.8)

Estradiol (non sensitive) 17 (7-50)
Estradiol (ultra sensitive) 31 H (< or = 29)

DHEA sulfate 510 (120-520)

DHT 52 (16-79)

SHBG 28 (10-50)

PSA 1.1 (<2.5)

Free Testosterone 154.8 (35-155)
Total Testosterone 830 (250-1100)

Labs were taken about 4 days after last 60mg Cypionate injection. I have been doing shallow IM in deltoids and Sub Q on glutes with 30g 1/2 inch needle with this protocol. I have seen this protocol get me as high as 1047 TT when I got labs drawn with my PCP. Interesting to note that I have never seen my PSA above 0.5 and its now at 1.1, I do notice more dribbling after urination. I have been on this protocol for about 6 weeks, I am starting to feel it more in the gym for sure and focus has improved. Libido, mood, erections were never an issue, even when I had sub optimal androgen levels. Anxiety is low to none (have occasionally suffered from anxiety/panic attacks in past.) I will be switching my care to Defy, I am entertaining the idea of a restart at some point in the future and I'd like to be under the care of Dr. Saya or Crisler.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
