Just ordered Trimix. Is the the weaker strength they start you with a waste of time?

I ordered some Trimix, and I guess they have two strengths and they stared me out on the weaker formula which is probably what they do with everyone. After reading a few threads on this sounds like for some it was a lot to inject to get good results.

What do you guys think?
