Just got my Labs back.....

Several issues going on...high SHBG (creating low free T), low IGF-1, high reverse T3, high iron...

You should seek a consult with an expert, either us or someone else who takes a comprehensive approach to hormone treatment (there are more issues than just testosterone going on). We see many cases like this. Best of luck!

Hi Dr Saya, I have an appointment with Dr Calkins on Sept. 9th at 1pm.
I really need some expert advice on this. I have Chronic fatigue, low libido, low energy and feel like shit.
Could you talk to Dr Caulkins about my labs too?
I really hope you can help.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
