I'm a 46 year old guy struggling with Chronic Fatigue and low libido and low energy.
i'm not taking any medication yet.

We need more context, age, symptoms, on treatment or not(I assume you're not) and if you're taking any medications.

What was total testosterone? Did you have Estradiol tested?

You're going to have to provide some context for any of this to make sense. Why did you have blood drawn? What sort of symptoms were you experiencing, for how long? How old are you? What medication and supplements are you taking? Your general medical history?

You only provided your free testosterone value; what is your total testosterone? Was estradiol measured? If so, was it the sensitive, LC, MS/MS, assay?

Numbers absemt your your history and presenting symptoms are of little value. With more detail, the conversation can begin.

SHBG binds to testosterone and estrogen rendering them pretty well otherwise useless. Your free T is low, but total T is not even shown. Total T could be quite high but free T low because of so much being bound by SHBG

Other concerns:
-Thyroid (Antibodies and elevated reverse T3)
-Hypoglycemia
-Iron

Well, your labs suggest some issues for further study.

Did you run total testosterone and estradiol? Your free testosterone suggests hypogonadism, if you will post your total testosterone it will shed more light on the subject. As was noted, your thyroid is cause for concern and further investigation.

Have you been checked for sleep apnea? Undiagnosed cases abound. It can hammer your hormones.

What else, if anything are you taking?

Yes, i ran those too : i am not taking any medication, don't have sleep apnea,
though just had septoplasty which fixed my nasal breathing problems.

Seems to me like plenty in that mix to get good help from a really good doc, not your average endocrinologist.

The SHBG number doesn't seem right in the overall context, really has me wondering if the test is skewed.

I've never seen SHBG quite that high before, you should be concerned! You need to tell us about your lifestyle, diet, drinking alcohol, body weight and height, exercise etc. Labs only tell us part of the story.
