Jump in test and e2 at same dose?

short hand into my journey / results. Early 20's hypo-gonadal always testing low 300's max.

First protocol: 140 mg Test-C w/ 1 mg anastrazole per week result=(Test 533 ng/dL 348 - 1197)
(E2 11.7 pg/mL 7.6 - 42.6)
Test was low felt like crap estrogen too low

Second protocol: 180 mg Test-C w/ .25 mg anastrazole came back at 512 estrogen at 15. They were confused as was I they increased the dose of test and it went down.

Third protocol: 200 mg Test-C w/ .25 anastrazole per week. First test after 4 weeks came back 526 with estrogen of 13. They wanted to wait so we kept the same protocol and did one more test 4 weeks later.

Fourth and final now: same protocol as above 200 mg Test-C w/ .25 mg anastrazole results =866 test and a whopping 60 estrogen. I still feel like crap and they have offered to let me split the dose but what I'm still concerned about the is the estrogen. I've watched nelson's videos and know estrogen isn't as bad as it's made out to be. but 60 is way too high.

If you're not diligent and almost religous in approaching your labs as to when you have your blood drawn, you'll never get repeatable results. For instance I always, only ever use the same lab (Quest) and have blood drawn between 8 and 830. I say this because many men new to this do not understand that you cannot pull blood at 8am one time, and 3pm the next. And it has to be the same number of hours post injection. That's what I see in your post, there's no other reason you're having such wild swings and inconsistent results.

Hi, Vince. Thanks for the response. What's puzzling to me is that it's always labcorp and it's always 2 pm. That's how my appointments are set up. I inject on Thursdays and all my tests are at 2 pm the following Thursday or 4 weeks after if I adjust the dose during those 4 weeks I still inject weekly. That's why i'm so confused.

So what's you're saying, you do labs on injection day before you inject and you have fasted for 12 hours? The same for every blood draw.

That's correct so they are at trench levels, except for the fasting. I've never specifically been told to fast but, I usually don't eat breakfast anyway plus the time I'm sleeping I can't be 100 percent It's a full 12 hours every time though. I just would hope it wouldn't cause that big of a swing.

I'm questioning Labcorp's estradiol sensitive testing. I had an original testing done 2/21/2017 while on .5 anastrozole EOD (and 6 months of 50 mg test cyp. twice weekly) of 19.1 while total test was 875. I reduced the anastrozole to .5 mg weekly, but on retesting my estradiol reading had dropped to 8.9 from a sample on 5/10/17. Over 3 months nothing changed apart from lower dosing of anastrozole.

I should add that beginning in mid april, I began taking t3 (liothyronine) for a reverse t3 problem that visibly reduced my body fat percentage. This may have affected the amount of conversion from test to estradiol.
