Is TRT enough?

I'm about 3 months into my TRT and doing better. I wouldn't say great. I still feel some joint and lower back pain and more tiered than I would like.
My goal would be to feel less tired, have less pain, build some more muscle and live forever.

Other facts. I'm 60 years old, 6'1" 185lbs. Workout 5x/week, have some bulging discs L4-5 area and diagnosed with Lyme last spring.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
