Is there any way to raise Estradiol quickly?

Started TRT Tuesday at 200mg weekly with regular testing to determine dosing adjustments. My next injection is actually on mondays moving forward so Im only 4 days out from the next injection. My problem right now is my low E2 and its wrecking my bones and joints with pain. It was under range on the "regular" testing so its safe to assume its tanked. I know this takes time, I was on TRT before but the doc wasn't dosing me high enough and at the time I associated the side effects of too little Testosterone and E2 with the treatment (75mg weekly). After trying and failing monotherapy with Clomid I have made the decision to continue for life with TRT. I am age 37, with low LH production from an unknown "idiopathic" cause. After over 2 years of specialist after specialist and all the cost and stress on my family I decided the time for looking for answers is over. So long story short, I have DHEA and Pregnenolone on hand, could high dosing on DHEA help to bring my estradiol up? I have no concern for high E2 at the moment if i over shoot, I just need some relief from this bone and joint pain. I also have a supply of clomid that I just stopped on Tuesday, would that help convert to estradiol faster? Thanks for any tips.

200mg as in one injection a week?

You posted no labs, so how do you know your E is low? Purely from how you feel?

Are you using an AI? If yes, how much and how often?

Not sure there is a fast way to raise your E. As we know, E follows T so a large dose like you are taking should raise it with time.

Good luck.

So just gotta wait it out it seems. Took some DHEA anyway, I notice it helps my anxiety a bit so I figured no harm. As for testing, the day of the injection e2 wasn't on range and my Total T was 210, so yeah, bones and joints hurt, popping, etc. This is what Arimedex did to me, on a tiny dose when a previous Endo saw my E2 number at 30 and thought I was "estrogen dominant"...
I assume this will only improve over the week since my test levels are now loaded with the 200mg.

You now have information that your doctor is TRT ignorant, the next move should be obvious to you.

A .125 is enough to knock my estrogen down to about 12, I dose a 0.050 anastrozole in 1ml of vodka and dose .2ml do to being an over-responder to AI's. I'm lucky in that it would take weeks or months to actually crash my estrogen down to absolute zero.

Anastrozole completely dissolves in vodka and leave behind only the filler.

Yes. In my experience after tanking E2, it takes a long time of having normal E2 to feel good again. You can be waiting for 10 days with perfect E2 and still feel shit. That's why I recommend what works for me - E2 tablets, used in HRT by older women and mtf trans. Obviously don't overdo it, the point is to take tablet orally (not sublingually as that creates a super super high level short lived peak). 1 tablet the first day, half tab the second day, 1/4 tab the 3rd day and then stop. This way, instead of waiting agonizingly to become functional again, your levels will be in the 30s/40s instantly and start falling back down to the 20s as your symptoms resolve. When I don't use tablets I have to wait 2 weeks to feel normal, if I use tablets, I only wait 3 days.

Interesting. Are these the 1 mg estradiol tablets? Don't you need a prescription?
You do, but in the UK you can get a prescription online by filling out a form. I said I wanted it for my "50 year old wife". Much quicker than spending months trying to explain and convince NHS Doctor about the real reason. I use 2mg tablets, but 1mg works too - titrate accordingly. For the 1mg, if you're low SHBG then 1 or 2 first day, then 1 on second day then half on the third day. If you're high SHBG it takes more - 3 or 4 on the first day and taper down.

I had my E2 levels go from 20 to 12 during the early "shutdown" phase of my (transdermal) testosterone only program, and yes, I noticed the terrible symptoms that were worse than low T esp. aching joints and lower back and anxiety. I ran across this youtube clip:

and starting consuming 1-2 tbsp of flax meal (a plant phytoestrogen) per day, and amazingly, my E2 is back around 20 (tested after a couple of months) and I feel much better (after 1 month or less).

Anyone on this forum have a similar experience with natural supplements having such a noticeable effect?
