I am Clyde Hundley and my trainer told me about Excel. I am 68 and have been on testosterone/DHEA, therapy since 2009. My naturpathic Dr. put me on his cream therapy because my levels were extremely low. I had been very sick at the time and after starting this program and other meds I recovered quickly. I have been very healthy and athletic all my life. I have been in Masters Track and Field since 1997 and run in the sprints. 50 meters , 100,200,and sometimes 400 meters. I should also mention that I did abuse alcohol for a time after 2008 but have not had a drink since May 2012. My concern is that blood tests for the last few years have shown my testosterone levels are in the 200's and my free testosterone is low.My recent test came back at 295 total and 2.7 free. We have not changed the dosage since I began the treatment but last year the Dr. had me take a herbal supplement which he thought would bring things back to normal which didn't. I do take Beta -Alanine and Creatine for enhancing my workouts for strength and endurance and have had very good results. I take 4grams per day of beta alanine and 5 grams of creatine. I would appreciate any advise or suggestions you might have for me in these matters. I have no idea what I can or should expect at this age of life. I feel great but I am always interested in improving all phases of life. Thank You,
