Injecting refrigerated HCG

Okay, so I did my first injection of HCG Friday night. I'm on a 2x a week schedule (350 IU each injection) along with 0.4 ml testosterone 2x a week as well.

My first injection of HCG was at room temp, as I had just "reconstituted" the HCG.

Then I put it in the fridge.

Today, it's time for an injection.

• Should I bring the whole bottle of HCG to room temp?
• Should I draw the 350 IU into the syringe and let it sit for a few minutes to come up to room temp?
• Does it even matter? In other words, just inject it "cold?"

Thoughts?

Inject cold. Keep the vial cold. Don't worry about the rest.

Be careful, if you inject something that's too cold, you can cause hypothermia. /s

I'm kidding. It's absolutely fine. We're talking about .5mL of water which is going to be warmed up almost immediately once injected into your 98F body.

Like stated above, keep it in the fridge, draw and inject immediately, don't wait for any warming.

Well, in the summer I'm gonna ask my doctor if I can up my hCG dose, this way I can cool off.

Better yet come to office for an IV infusion of chilled normal saline. That'll cool you off!
