Increasingly high SHBG on TRT

Hi,

Age: 44
Physics: slim, muscular, physically active (workout 4-5 times/week).
Diet: very healthy
Alcohol consumption: normal.

  1. 11/6-18: I got blood work done due to depression, fatigue, loss of sex drive, ... [see test/20171116].
  2. 04/01-18 started Testogel. Gels both had an effect on the previously mentioned symptoms and free T [see test/20180201], but I was a bit concerned about contamination to my young daughters, so I stopped with gels and started Nebido injections.
  3. 15/4-18: Nebido injection #1.
  4. 29/5-18: Nebido injection #2. My free T had fallen to 2.2(!) [see test/20180529], and SHBG was increased to 67, so this injection was therefore taken the same day.
  5. 29/6-18: Blood work results [see test/20180629]. This indicates that free T is now within the reference range (5,5 - should be 2,2 -> 9.9), but SHBG is at 71 (should be 8->60), Oestrogen is at 0,23 (should be < 0.18), and Total T is (too?) high.

My life has improved significantly since I started TRT, but I am a bit concerned about the increased Oestrogen and SHBG, as the latter is presumably also one of the root causes of my original problems?

I have presented my blood work in the attached graph, in chronological order, to better see the trend of how TRT has affected me, and would _really_ appreciate if someone knowledgeable can see if the respective values looks healthy.

Edit: I am unsure if the included image is of sufficient quality, and I don't have enough rep to add image links, but you can try this obfuscated imgur link (replace X with s).

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
